Welcome
to High EnerG

At High EnerG, we believe every person deserves dignity, stability, and the chance to thrive. We are a trauma‑informed nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth, women, and educators through programs that restore resilience, build confidence, and open pathways to brighter futures.

Our three pillars : Wellness, Mentorship, and Transition Support  work together to meet immediate needs while creating long‑term impact. From providing hygiene essentials and life skills training to guiding aged‑out foster youth and homeless young adults toward independence, we are committed to transforming lives with compassion and accountability.

Whether you are a community partner, donor, or someone seeking support, we welcome you to join us in this movement. Together, we can uplift, empower, and energize those who need it most.

Our Team.

Our all-female board, which reflects a beautiful blend of diverse races, ethnicities, and backgrounds, unites with a common purpose empowering women in a time when female rights are more important than ever and need to be fiercely protected. We understand that women face unique challenges throughout life, from societal pressures to personal struggles, and we believe in the power of uplifting and supporting one another. By coming together, we can create a strong, compassionate community where women feel encouraged to rise above adversity, realize their potential, and make lasting, positive impacts on their lives and the communities they serve. At High EnerG, we are more than a nonprofit; we are a movement to ensure every woman has the tools, knowledge, and support to thrive.

Empowering our Community

Our Impactful Initiatives

High EnerG empowers youth, women, and educators through trauma‑informed programs rooted in wellness, mentorship, and transition support. Our work is dignity‑centered and designed to build resilience, stability, and pathways to thriving futures across the community.

Mentorship

Collaborating On Laptop

Our Mentorship Program connects youth with trauma‑informed guides who provide consistent support, encouragement, and accountability. Through one‑on‑one relationships and group engagement, mentors help participants build life skills, strengthen resilience, and navigate critical transitions such as aging out of foster care or overcoming homelessness. By centering dignity and empowerment, the program ensures that every young person has a trusted ally to walk alongside them on the path to stability and success.

Wellness

Meditative Pose Closeup

Our Wellness Program is designed to restore balance and build resilience for youth and women navigating trauma and transition. Rooted in dignity and empowerment, the program integrates mental health awareness, stress management, fitness, and holistic self‑care practices. By combining evidence‑based strategies with mentorship and community support, participants gain tools to strengthen emotional well‑being, cultivate healthy habits, and develop the confidence to thrive in school, work, and life

Aged Out/Homeless Youth Services

Young girls

Transition Youth Program empowers aged‑out foster youth and homeless young adults to build stability and independence. Through trauma‑informed mentorship, case management, and wellness supports, participants gain life skills, housing navigation, and workforce readiness tools. By centering dignity and resilience, the program ensures that youth leaving care are not left behind, but instead equipped to thrive in community and adulthood.
